News

Tennessee has passed new laws that effect all of us in the plant industry.  We hope you understand our diligence in trying to comply.  The new laws state that anyone we sell to is required to supply us with a copy of their plant certificate.  Click here  for a complete description of the new requirements.  This is not your business license or sales tax information.  It is a certificate that is issued by the Department of Agriculture and depending on your primary business goals can be called:

  •   A Landscaper Certificate ( a new requirement this year)
  •   A Plant Certificate
  •   A Nursery Certificate
  •   A Plant Dealer Certificate
  •   Other certifications apply for florists, etc.  but must have been issued by the Department of Agriculture to meet the criteria of what we are required by law to keep on file

You are also required by law to keep records of our plant certificate.  Click here for a downloadable copy.

Our Nashville location is in the news again!  Click the magazines below to see the full details.
