Are you a  School ?  Church group?  Club?  or Organization?

Plant fundraisers of all types are of growing popularity for these groups and others to raise money.  The good news is you get to keep a higher percentage of your profit than with most other fundraisers!

Here are some great examples of current choices we offer

  • Early Spring Fern Sales
  • Mother's Day Flowering Basket Sales
  • Spring Plant Sales
  • Fall Mum Sales

How it works...

Many of you hold your fundraisers with us year after year and have found great success in this unique fundraising opportunity.  However if you are new to the idea or not, take a look at this page to make your event a raving success and as easy as possible!  We are excited about helping you plan your fundraiser!  Give us a call at 615-325-6646 so that we can answer any questions you may have!

Picking your items

If you are doing a Spring sale, you will have a few choices to make on what you wish to offer.  We recommend that you keep it as simple as possible.  Fern Sales go over great.  Basket Sales are also a great choice.  Broad "Spring Annual Sales" take more thought, preparation and delivery space.  We have customers that have done them for years with great success. The key is having enough time to prepare and realizing that the more items you offer, the more complicated it will be.  We will send you a complete catalog for you to review.  You will then need to call us and discuss the different items you are planning and the best date for availability.

Setting a date

Next we will need to set a definite date for delivery.   All deliveries are on a first come/first served basis. We book up quickly as most fundraisers want delivery on weekends.  Setting a delivery date needs to be done as soon as possible.

Note on delivery...we highly recommend you have your product delivered the day before the scheduled pick-up day for your customers.  We are very sorry but we can not guarantee a specific time of delivery.  Having your product delivered the day before gives you the proper amount of time to get organized and seperate out the individual orders you have taken.

Placing your order

One week before your delivery date, we will need your final order faxed to us.  We have an easy to use order form that you download off the website, fill out and fax to us.  We prefer that fundraising orders be placed by fax to ensure accuracy.  We know that you may have some last minute additions and can easily add these up to two working days prior to your delivery.

Receiving your order

You will need plenty of space to receive and organize your plants.  Parking lots, gym floors and other large areas will need to be reserved and marked off in advance.  Our driver will take the racks of plants off of the truck and your volunteers will be needed to unload the racks.  Please check over your order as soon as it arrives.  The driver will request your signature on the bill before he leaves.  Your signature lets us know that you checked the order and it was correct.  All shortages have to be reported at the time of delivery.

Payment

We accept VISA, Mastercard, cash or check.  Payment is due upon delivery.  We will be glad to send you a copy of your bill in advance.  Please note that starting in Fall 2005 we have gone to a variable fuel surcharge on all deliveries.  Minimums do apply and are calculated based on distance from our location.  Please call our office for details @ 615-325-6646.
